Welcome to join us in discussion on how to put flipped learning and flipped classroom into practice within language learning and communication focused courses. Teachers and researchers from other fields are also welcome to join in. 

We will be taking examples from our own praxis as Academic & Legal English and Academic & Legal Swedish teachers. 

Let’s discuss the following topics, and any other related questions that come to mind:

• What is flipped classroom or flipped learning in the first place?
• What could flipped classroom or flipped learning look like within language learning and communication focused courses in higher education?
• What should be taken into consideration in the planning stages?

The participants will be emailed a short pre-task for the session, in line with flipped learning principles.

The session will take place on Zoom; the link will be emailed to participants in advance.

Participants are kindly asked to ensure their microphones and cameras function on Zoom, if they wish to take part in the discussion.
